Gratitude Prompt - Day 7
Read today's gratitude prompt and take a moment to reflect on the question.
While pondering the subject, get a sheet of paper and draw some simple lines or shapes that intersect. Where each line intersects, round off the corners until all the sharp edges are smooth. Add any lines and shapes you like.
Using crayons, markers, or pencils, fill in the shapes all while considering the gratitude prompt.
What's special about this practice is that you don't have to be an artist or create a masterpiece. Instead, it taps into the power of neuroplasticity, our brain's amazing ability to adapt and grow. As you doodle and reflect on gratitude, you're forging new connections, giving your brain a much-needed workout.
So, no need to worry about crafting a flawless masterpiece; just enjoy the process and the space you've created for exploration.
