How can I link more than one email account to my credential?
Linking your email account on Verix is a straightforward process that helps you manage all your credentials in one place. Here's how to do it.
Step 1: Navigate to "Link account"
On the Verix recipient’s dashboard, click on the "Link account" option in the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Enter your email address
A pop-up will appear prompting you to link your account. Enter the email address you wish to link and click "Continue".
Step 3: Verify the OTP
An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to this email for verification. Check your email for a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the pop-up window and click "Verify".
Step 4: Confirmation
Once the OTP is verified, a confirmation message will appear stating, "Your personal email is successfully linked!". Click "Got it" to close the pop-up. You'll now have access to all credentials from the linked account.
