EXCEPT AS AND SOLELY TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO VERIX FOR ANY PRODUCTS, DIGITAL GOODS, SERVICES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, OR PROGRAMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VERIX PROVIDE A REFUND OR CREDIT, WHETHER FOR PARTIALLY USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS, UNUSED SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER REASON.
FURTHERMORE, ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, NO CANCELLATION OF THE PURCHASE, SUBSCRIPTION, OR PROGRAM ENROLLMENT WILL BE PERMITTED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO REVIEW THE SUITABILITY AND RELEVANCE OF THE PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR PROGRAM BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE ENTERPRIZE PLATFORM TO CREATE AND SELL DIGITAL GOODS OR TO SELL CREDENTIALS. VERIX DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS TO ANY PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CREATING, PURCHASE, OR SALE OF DIGITAL GOODS OR THE PURCHASE OR SALE OF CREDENTIALS
Digital credentials, certificates, and awards are non-refundable. Once generated and delivered, these digital assets become the permanent property of the customer and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
All Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly, annual, or enterprise subscriptions. Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period.
Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for early cancellation.
Course Access: Once payment is processed for AI courses and training programs, immediate access is granted to all course materials, videos, and resources. No refunds are provided regardless of course completion status.
Course Completion: Whether you complete the course or not, all payments are final and non-refundable. Course progress, completion certificates, and access remain available as purchased.
Technical Issues: While we strive to ensure smooth course delivery, technical difficulties do not qualify for refunds. Support will be provided to resolve any access or technical problems.
Course Updates: Course content may be updated or modified over time. No refunds are provided for changes in course structure or content.
All fees including payment processing fees, service fees, administrative fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable. These costs are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered.
No Cancellations: Once payment is processed, no cancellation of purchases, subscriptions, or program enrollments will be permitted for any reason whatsoever, except as required by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation: While customers may cancel future billing cycles, no refunds are provided for the current or past billing periods.
Pre-Purchase Review: It is the sole responsibility of the user to review the suitability and relevance of the product, service, or program before making payment.
No Guarantees: Verix does not guarantee that any product, service, or program will meet the user's specific requirements or expectations.
Final Decision: Users must make their purchasing decisions carefully, as all sales are final and non-refundable.
